Delta Goodrem filled in for a sick Adele on the US version of Dancing With The Stars, and blew viewers away.
The Herald-Sun reports that UK soul sensation Adele was booked to play the show, and did perform her hit 'Rolling In The Deep'.
But she pulled out of performing Aretha Franklin's 'You Make Me Feel Like A Natural Woman' because illness was preventing her from hitting the high notes.
Therefore Delta Goodrem ' who was there to perform her new duet with Michael Bolton ' filled in with less than an hour to rehearse.
It could be the US breakthrough that she's been trying for, as she apparently scored a standing ovation.
She also might be revealing some feelings over her break-up with Brian McFadden in the lyrics to her Bolton duet I'm Not Ready.
It includes the lines 'There's a stranger on the phone / Something's missing from seven years ago', 'You know it's okay we didn't make it forever', 'Give me the strength to go 'cause I know I'm never going to be/ I'll never be ready to say goodbye to you'.
Maybe it's not all bad news, since it also include the lines 'But I've changed for the better since I've known your love' and 'what we had will always be a real love forever'.
Awwww. Have a look at the footage of the duet below (while it lasts).
