This monument in San Miguel, Cozumel, Mexico marks the location where the first Christian Mass was celebrated in Cozumel. Left is the priest, right is the Mayan shaman. Below is a Mayan woman and her child.

It's a platform war, but not in the way that a lot of people think it is. Developers are making a lot more money on iOS because it has a lot more users and those users tend to buy things. Therefore, those users are going to get the developers' attention first.
It's better than that. Not only does the iOS platform include the iPod Touch and the iPad, which about doubles the platform installed base of users, but iPad and iPhone users each buy more paid apps on average. Android customers seem like cheapskates by comparison, and far less profitable to target by most developers. With that kind of tilted revenue incentive for mobile app developers moving to iOS, how is the Android platform going to keep up?

they probably had it in the labs, but the pricing finally came down this year. 3D is a dud and internet enabled TV's dropped in price by 50% in some cases since last summer

This is a ridiculous assessment, based on nothing. Apple now has three growth businesses from which to build, and potentially a fourth. Hardly a company on earth would not envy Apple's potential.
Based on the verdict of the markets it would seem that Apple's potential is not so great...but you know better than that right ;)

Nice. Another awesome media streaming feature that will be choked by AT&T.
There will probably will be a push to utilize WIFI. Unless, of course, you're one of the "chosen" to have their unlimited data plans grandfathered and won't be impacted. ;)
Also, you'll be able to multi-task on the ATT network...

Did they really tell you to use the Shopping Cart feature in iTunes? Because since iTunes 9 this feature is gone now! The documentation you/Apple quoted is depricated unless your still using a pre iTunes 9 version.
I miss shopping cart, but it is still around - called wish list now. Click on the drop down arrow next to the file you want to DL and click "add to wish list." Not sure if it works like this on the iPhone OS though...

my fear is the democrats will try to use this a political gain and that is so very wrong both to the military and for this good event.
It turns a great event into worthless BS. It was just luck of the draw that a Dem was in power when this happen and it was only a matter of time. I already am watching some people try to turn it into political gain and it makes me sick.
And if a Republican was in office when it happened, you don't think they would have tried to use it for political gain?

Those numbers are sweet but I would like to see a breakdown of each model. Also the market worldwide if im not mistaken is growing at what 10% a year yet Apples desk tops grew at 4%? If so why?

8GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x4GB
2TB Serial ATA Drive + 256GB Solid State Drive
AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2GB GDDR5
Hopefully should last me a few years like the old one. 6 weeks to wait though. :(

Amazon does give a decent amount of free storage. 5 Gigs for music is pretty impressive. I have a 20 Gig collection, but I'd only need about 3 to store the stuff I'd really want on a whim anyway.

Personally, I don't see much use for such services except as a backup solution. Sure it would be convenient to want to hear some odd ball track and being able to pull it from the cloud, but my life wouldn't end, and I wouldn't pay money for the novelty of it.

the way finder has been left with no changes kind or less indicates that there is a bit of a UI refresh in the bag for Leopard.
