LOS ANGELES - Good news came from the girlfriend Christina Aguilera, Matt Rutler. Matt escaped the accusation DUI (Driving Under the Influence) or driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to TMZ, Rutler not driving under the influence of alcohol when he was pulled over the vehicle and was arrested on March 1 last dawn. Initially, he was charged with DUI. While Christina is riding a car also was arrested for drunkenness.
Having reviewed the authorities, determined that the blood alcohol level is 0.06 for Rutler time of his arrest, is still under California law limits 0.8. So he was acquitted of the charges. Popeater Thus was launched on Wednesday (04/20/2011).
Los Angeles Regional Attorney has officially dropped the charges against Rutler because it proved not guilty. Christina was not charged.
This bodes well for the singer who just started his new career as a vocal coach at the new singing competition show 'The Voice' on NBC. (ang)
